Industrial valves consistent with GTR of JSC “Transneft” with anti-corrosive coating in accordance with regulation documents and general technical requirements. Image

PromArm supplies industrial valves for JSC “Transneft”. All the supplied products are consistent with general technical requirements (GTR):

- GTR-23.060.30-КТН-246-08. Sliding valves for main oil pipelines and oil pump stations;

- GTR-75.180.00-КТН-164-10 (GTR-75.180.00-КТН-272-06). Wedge gate valves for main oil pipelines;

- GTR-23.060.30-КТН-048-10 (GTR-23.060.30-КТН-121-07). Ball valves for main oil pipelines;

- GTR-75.180.00-КТН-352-09 (GTR-75-180.00-КТН-274-06). Check valves for main oil pipelines;

Industrial valves consistent with general technical requirements must be covered with anti-corrosive coating in accordance with the regulation document (RD) 23.040.01-КТН-149-10 (RD-23.040.00-КТН-189-06) or GTR 25.220.01-КТН-215-10 (GTR-04.00-27.22.00-КТН-189-006-1-03) depending on the place of installation (aboveground or underground).

Industrial valves can be coated with different materials: Сороn Hycote 165, UP 1000/Frucs 1000, Protegol UR-Coating 32-55, Protegol UR-Coating 32-60 (produced in Germany), and BIURS, CARBOFLEX and Isokor-140 (produced in Russia).

All materials, protective coatings and technical specifications for the manufacturers of industrial valves are indicated in the List of Technical Specifications, Testing Programs and Procedures of JSC “Transneft”. Below is an example of an order for a wedge gate valve consistent with General Technical Requirements:

“Manually operated, flanged, wedge gate valve having operating pressure differential of 1.6 MPa, with counter flanges, gaskets and fasteners, connecting pipe diameter 57x4 mm with pipe grade K48, operating media is oil with temperatures from +35°С to +45°С; the gate valve is installed aboveground with anti-corrosive coating according to RD-23.040.00-КТН-189-06, without seismic resistance (design version C0), leakage class “B” according to GOST 9544-2005; degree of atmospheric corrosion C3, climatic category ХЛ1 in accordance with GTR-75.180.00-КТН-164-10”.

Below is an example of an order for a ball valve consistent with General Technical Requirements:

“Stop ball valve, operating pressure differential 1.6 MPa, with weld ends, connecting pipe diameter 108x4 mm with pipe grade K48 according to GOST 8732-78, operating media is oil with temperatures from -10°С to +40°С, for electric actuator “ЭПЦ-1800F14.60.Т024.УХЛ1-а”, installed underground, with anti-corrosive coating according to GTR-04.00-27.22.00-КТН-189-006-1-03, without seismic resistance (design version C0), leakage class “A” according to GOST 9544-2005, climatic category ХЛ1 in accordance with GTR-23.060.30-КТН-048-10”.

Below is an example of an order for a check valve consistent with General Technical Requirements:

“Flanged check valve with counter flanges, gaskets and fasteners, connecting pipe diameter 219x6 with pipe grade K48 according to GOST 8732-78, operating media is foam solution with temperatures from +5°С to +40°С, installed aboveground with anti-corrosive coating according to RD-23.040.00-КТН-189-06, leakage class “A” according to GOST 13252-91, without seismic resistance (design version C0), climatic category ХЛ1 in accordance with GOST 13252-91 and amendment №1 to GTR-75.180.00-КТН-352-09”.

Below is an example of an order for a slide gate valve consistent with General Technical Requirements:

“Slide gate valve for electric actuator “ЭПЦ-15000 Д.10.Т024.УХЛ1-а”, with nominal diameter 1000 mm for nominal pressure 40 kgf/cm², operating pressure differential 4.0 MPa, with weld ends, connecting pipe diameter 1020х12 mm with pipe grade K56 according to GTR-23.040.00-КТН-314-09, operating media is oil with temperatures from -10°С to +40°С, installed underground with anti-corrosive coating consistent with GTR-04.00-27.22.00-КТН-189-006-1-03, without seismic resistance (design version C0), leakage class “A” according to GOST 9544-2005, climatic category ХЛ1 in accordance with GTR-75.060.30-КТН-246-08”.

Below is an example of an order for a safety valve consistent with General Technical Requirements:

“Spring safety valve with a device for forced opening, with DN 200/300 (at opening/closure) for PN 1.6/0.6 MPa (at opening/closure), test pressure 0.63 MPa, with flanged end connection, without seismic resistance, installed in regions with seismic activity up to 6 points and including, for macroclimatic temperate areas, must be placed outdoors”.
